The module is used for planning and managing projects. Defining a new project includes connecting it with the client, defining the project manager and project team. Once a project is defined, it can be broken into sub-projects, which can be defined in time frames. Also, it is possible to define projects sequence of execution, as well as their prerequisites for the start.
With each project you can connect one or more documents. The document can be created within the system (through an intuitive editor), imported from other applications (Word, Excel, ...) or scanned through the application. All documents are stored in a single documents database.
The project can be further categorized (tags), thus further define the type and project group. By doing so, quickly finding projects of the same or similar type or doing additional analysis, is a simple task.
Within the project or subproject, it is possible to define tasks. By defining the details of the task, deadlines are defined as well and the task is assigned to one of the team members.

The task can be further categorized (add tags), thus further define the type and the type of task. This can later quickly find tasks of the same or similar type of work or further analysis.
Each employee, after the task is finished, can track time spent on a particular project (or subproject task). This allows you to calculate the real cost of the project, cost accounting, depreciation or any third-time analysis.
